Delivery of your order
We can deliver via courier/haulage company to all mainland UK areas.
Usually delivery is based on a 2-3 day ‘Economy’ service. All deliveries are priced on application and are dependent upon the weight and size of the total goods with a minimum charge of £10.00 + VAT. Please note - hazardous items may incur an extra handling surcharge.
We will do our best to get your goods to you on a pre-arranged day, but we are unable to specify an exact delivery time. Next day/timed deliveries may be requested, at an extra cost.
Always allow plenty of time for your flooring to acclimatise before fitting (at least 48 hours for laminate & engineered boards, minimum 10 - maximum 14 days for solid wood).

Our recommended teams of skilled and experienced fitters can install your floor, or you may prefer to do-it-yourself. If you take the latter option, we recommend that you read the relevant guide and follow the manufacturer’s instructions provided with your product carefully, remeber to equip yourself with everything you will need before you begin.
