Delivery Policy

Deliveries are calculated based on weight and post code. Costs vary and are calculated at the time of your order.

Where possible we ensure that your order is despatched within 48 working hours of your payment being received.

Deliveries are made on a 3 working day economy service. Next day and timed deliveries are subject to surcharges calculated at the time of your order. You will need to place your order and make payment in full by no later than 11am to ensure a next working day delivery. We cannot make next day deliveries for orders placed on bank holidays or over weekends.

All deliveries are made to kerb side only. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient labour available to take the goods on to your property.

All orders must be signed for at the time of delivery. Any goods delivered damaged MUST be signed for as damaged. We will not accept claims for damage on any orders that have not been signed for at the time of delivery as damaged.

Goods refused on delivery as damaged that are found not to be damaged will incur a return delivery charge.

Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday between 09:30 – 16:00

You must notify us at the time of order of any delivery restrictions. This relates to gross vehicle weight restrictions, delivery time restrictions, narrow roads and any other vehicle restriction.

We accept no liability for costs incurred due to late deliveries. We suggest that you only book trades to undertake the installation of your wood floor once all goods have been received by you.

It is your duty to ensure that you are available to sign for your order upon delivery. In the event that you are unavailable then you will be liable for all costs incurred for a re-delivery.
We will not leave goods outside, on driveways, in garages, sheds or porches. All goods are to be taken into the property at the time of delivery.

We accept no liability for damage caused due to goods being left outside or taken in to property not fit for wood floor installation.
