Modern Slavery Act

City Wood Floors Ltd is committed to fair and just labour practices and human rights throughout our business and supply chains and are opposed to the use of slavery under any circumstance across the globe.

We continue to update and developed our anti-slavery policy, processes and risk assessments across our business to help eliminate modern slavery around the globe. Below are the measures we take to help ensure slavery is not used within our business or supply chains.

Suppliers

Where appropriate we engage directly with both current and new suppliers to verify their own anti-slavery policies to ensure all our suppliers comply with the provisions, aims and intentions of the Modern Slavery Act.

Employees

We verify that all employees have the right to live and work within the UK. On employment all employees are given a contract of employment and are paid in accordance with their roles and above the minimum statutory pay provisions.

Training

We are continuing with our training for employees to ensure a high level of understanding on the risks with modern slavery and human trafficking, and to help them identify the areas of risk within our business and supply chains.

We work in and offer our services across Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Chichester, Crawley, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Horsham, East Grinstead, Guildford, Woking, Leatherhead, Dorking, London, Chessington, Kingston upon Thames, Tunbridge Wells, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex & Kent.
