Returns and Cancellation Policy
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 City Wood Floors Returns and Cancellation Policy give you the right to cancel your order, up to 7 days after you have received the goods. All returns and cancellations must conform to the guidelines laid out in the “Distance Selling Regulation” a guide of which can be found here.
If your goods have not been despatched we will make a full refund to you, to the card that was used during the original transaction. Please note that any deposits taken are non refundable.
If you have taken delivery of your order, then we will only accept a return of goods at your own expense. We will make a full refund to you less any costs incurred by us for delivery to you (including free delivery) and for any goods returned damaged. All goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, this includes lacquers, oils and adhesives which must be sealed and unopened.
Any refund will be made to the card used in the original transaction only. We will not make refunds to cards other than that used at the time of purchase.
Returns cannot be made on bespoke or special order products.

We make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive with you in a satisfactory condition. It is your duty to inspect all goods at the time of delivery. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged you must notify us immediately by calling 01273 426588. Any damaged goods MUST BE SIGNED AS DAMAGED on the delivery note. We will endeavour to collect and replace any damaged goods within 48 working hours.
