Featuring an extremely stable SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) core, a huge 0.7mm scratch & water resistant commercial grade wear layer as well as a built-in underlay offering sound reduction up to 19dB, our RVP is the perfect floor covering for a high-traffic area.
The RVP has been laid free floating above a combination of 5.5mm plywood and Mapei Renovation self levelling compound in areas where needed to achieve the required subfloor height deviation tolerance of +/- 2mm over a 3m area.
Each plank has been fixed to one another using the floorings built-in locking system.
The job was finished once the perimeters had been covered with the fixings of white primed quadrant to mask the expansion gap left for the floor to move, whilst a selection of Arezzo stained wooden thresholds were fitted to transfer the dining room into others.
