The City Wood Floors Team – Each member of our team have gained a wealth of experience and receive ongoing training from each and every one of our suppliers. We endeavour to provide you with the correct information and answers to your questions.
Surveys and Quotations – We provide our customers with a free on site survey which not only includes a full measure of all the rooms in which flooring is to be installed but also a full environmental survey to ensure that the Relative Humidity, Room Temperature and Moisture content of all walls and subfloors conform with current British Standard and Manufacturer guidelines.
Our quotations to you are informative and explain fully all that you need to know ahead of the installation of your floor covering.
Installation Management – We realise how stressful it can be having work carried out at your home or work place and for that reason we are happy to provide you with our fully guaranteed and insured installation service. Our installation teams are dedicated Wood flooring professionals with an extensive knowledge bank built of the products that we supply and the installation process. On the first day of your install our installers will meet with you and will discuss with you the process of their works, any concerns that they have as well as answering any questions that you may have.
Floor Maintenance and Renovation – We also pride ourselves in being able to bring your old and worn wood floors back to like. From small repairs through to sanding and re-finishing we know that we can restore your wood floor back to its former glory. We only use market leading brands such as Bona and Osmo which helps to ensure that your floors new finish has some longevity. Maintenance products for both Lacquered and Oiled floors are always in stock and available for you to take away.

We offer a bespoke service where you can design your own unique hand finished floor and have over 200 product lines on display. We only work with market leading brands of oils & lacquers such as Bona and Osmo, along with cleaning kits, repair and maintenance accessories, all of which will help to increase the lifespan of your floor.
