The RVP has been laid free floating above a subfloor of 9mm plywood throughout the entirety of the flat.
Each plank has been fixed to one another using the floorings built-in locking system.
Once the flooring had been installed a combination of white primed quadrant and Gubbio coloured 22mm solid oak flatplate was fixed to the perimeter of the floorspace to mask the expansion gap left for the flooring to move.
