Prior to installation the concrete subfloor was treated using Sika Primer MB before Dualay acoustic foil-back underlay was fitted to the floor space.
The engineered wooden boards have been laid free floating with each board bonded tounge to groove using Lecol PVAC wood adhesive.
An expansion gap has been left around the perimeter of the floor space for the boards to expand and contract naturally.
