The beautiful oversized engineered rustic parquet blocks were glued to a plywood subfloor which met a tolerance of +/- 2mm in height under a 3m straight edge using Sika T54 Flooring Adhesive.
Once the entire floor had been laid the blocks were sanded on site with any minor gaps between blocks then filled using Lecol 7500 Filler.
Supplied as unfinished, the blocks were lacquered on site using Bona Traffic Extra Matt to protect the flooring for years to come.
This flooring has brought character and warmth to this lovely Brighton, East Sussex family home.
