Featuring a highly stable SPC (stone polymer composite) core, the Sanoma tile’s have been laid free floating above a plywood sub-floor within the height deviation tolerance of +/- 2mm under a 3m straight edge.
Each tile has been fixed to one another using the floorings built-in locking system whilst the in-built underlay provides a sound reduction rating of 19dB.
Once the flooring had been laid skirting boards were installed to mask the expansion gap left for the flooring to expand and contract naturally.
